2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum order requirement.

3. Where is Emmeri located?
Emmeri is an online fashion store operated from the Netherlands and focused on serving customers in the United States.
We offer a curated selection of fashion products for women and men through our online store.

4. What if I receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product?
If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@emmeri.com.

5. Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Yes. You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

6. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging, tags, accessories, and documents where applicable.

7. When will I receive my refund after returning a product?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days after approval, although your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
8. Do you offer warranties or guarantees?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us and we will review the issue.

11. Do you have a physical store location I can visit?
No. Emmeri is currently an online-only fashion store. We do not operate a physical retail store for walk-in customers.
