At Emmeri, we are committed to providing a clear and reliable shopping experience for our customers. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long delivery usually takes, which carriers may be used, how tracking works, and what to do if there is a delivery issue.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders within the United States only. Emmeri is operated from the Netherlands, and orders are fulfilled and shipped from a fulfillment center to customers located in the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please contact us at info@emmeri.com before placing your order.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum order requirement. No discount codes or thresholds are needed — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
Order Processing and Delivery Times
Below are our estimated shipping and delivery times for orders shipped within the United States:

Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, high order volumes, public holidays, weather conditions, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
Carrier Services
We work with reliable shipping carriers for deliveries within the United States. Depending on your location and the order, your package may be delivered by one of the following carriers:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
The carrier used for your order will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email, along with your tracking number.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and a summary of your shipping address. Please review this information carefully.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@emmeri.com — ideally within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed or shipped.
Emmeri is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply in such cases.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and the name of the carrier. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey directly on the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, marked as delivered but not received, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at info@emmeri.com.
For faster support, please include your order number, full name, shipping address, and any tracking information available. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and aim to provide an update within 2–3 business days.
Please note: for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, we recommend first checking with neighbors, building management, or any safe drop locations before contacting us.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible at info@emmeri.com — preferably within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label where applicable. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, at no additional cost to you.
