30-Day Easy Returns
At Emmeri, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully happy with your order, we offer a clear and straightforward return process.
Return Policy Overview
- Return window: You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
- Item condition: Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging, tags, accessories, and documents where applicable.
- Return authorization: Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns must be approved by our customer support team first.
Return Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: There is no return cost for the customer if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, incorrect, or affected by another issue caused by us or the carrier.
- Customer remorse / change of mind: The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. This includes situations where the customer ordered the wrong size, ordered the wrong product, the item does not fit, or the customer no longer wants the item.
Please note that any additional shipping costs selected by the customer, such as express or special delivery options, are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us: Email our customer support team at info@emmeri.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for your return.
- Wait for return instructions: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions by email. Please do not send items back without receiving return authorization first.
- Pack your item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documents where applicable.
- Send it back: Drop your package off at the shipping carrier location according to the instructions provided in the return authorization email.
Return Address & Authorization
Returns must be sent to the return address provided in your return authorization email. This helps ensure that your return is sent to the correct processing location and can be inspected properly.
Please do not send returns to our business contact address unless our customer support team specifically instructs you to do so. Returns sent without authorization or to the wrong address may not be processed correctly.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to confirm that it meets our return conditions.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will notify you by email.
- Refund: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Processing time: Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days after approval. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at info@emmeri.com. Our team will help you with the available exchange options.
Exchange availability depends on product stock and whether the returned item meets our return conditions.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible at info@emmeri.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label where applicable. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@emmeri.com with your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description where applicable.
Items may also be refused for return if they are used, worn, washed, damaged after delivery, missing original tags, missing original packaging, or returned outside the 30-day return window.
